The program is led by Emma Joy Obanye—entrepreneur, advisor, mentor, and tech leader from Hackney, UK. With 20 years of experience building products and leading teams across startups and corporates, Emma is now CEO of OneTech, where she champions a more inclusive, diverse, and equitable startup ecosystem.

The course breaks big concepts into simple, guided steps that parents and teens can follow together. Designed for ages 12–18, it focuses on hands-on learning, real-world problem-solving, and building confidence through action.

Course content (7 kid-friendly modules):

1. Is It Just for Fun, or Is It a Real Little Business? 
   They discover the difference between a hobby and a simple business, and learn key metrics on how to tell the difference.
   
2.  What problem are you solving?
   Kids learn how to notice small problems people have in everyday life, and pick one they’d like to help solve.
3. Who Needs it the Most?
   They identify the people who would love their idea the most—like friends, neighbours, or family.
   
4. Creating an Awesome Offer
   Kids learn how to explain what they’re selling in a clear, fun way that makes people excited to try it.
5. How do Customers Find You?
   A simple look at how people hear about their idea, decide to try it, and come back again.
6. The Customer Journey
   Kids learn how people find their idea, decide to try it, and come back again — and how to make that experience simple, clear, and enjoyable.
7. Launch, Learn, and Repeat
   Fun and friendly ways kids can launch their idea, see what people enjoy, and make small changes to make it even better.
